Menetou-Salon Mademoiselle T

A great wine to accompany your meals

Mademoiselle T has its origins in a single parcel of land in Parassy called “Berton Moreau”. Here the vines are rooted in a limestone soil (and therefore less clayey) and benefit from receiving sunlight throughout the day. By harvest time, the grapes have a perfect suntan!

A slow fermentation followed by an aging process of one year in a steel vat over fine lees during which the wine is stirred occasionally, enables the wine to acquire finesse and complexity of taste. On the nose, as in the mouth, it is a wine of minerality, body and complexity – a mix of finesse, elegance and of great length of taste.
