The alliance of the elegance and body of Pinot Noir

This is wine is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from our two oldest parcels of Pinot Noir (homogenous vine plantings over 40 years old). After fermentation, the wine is allowed to gently age for over 12 months predominantly in wooden casks but also in steel vats.

Having a nose of small black fruit mixed with floral hints, it is delicate in the mouth – of great finesse and of a long length.
